Tender Executive – GeM & CPPP

Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities

- Independently search, evaluate and submit government and private tenders.

- Handle GeM, CPPP, MahaTender and other e-procurement portals.

- Review eligibility, technical specifications and commercial conditions.

- Prepare compliance statements, tender documents, EMD/BG requests and submissions.

- Track corrigenda, deadlines, clarifications, results and tender MIS.

- Coordinate with estimation, design, purchase and accounts teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with GeM and CPPP.

- Ability to manage complete tender submissions independently.

- Robust documentation, Excel and communication skills.

- Candidates residing near Kothrud or with convenient metro connectivity preferred.

- Experience in fire protection, ELV, EPC or government contracting will be advantageous.
