About Bien Bakehouse

Bien Bakehouse is a premium artisan bakehouse known for handcrafted desserts made with honest ingredients and exceptional craftsmanship. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

OPERATIONS

* Open and close the bakehouse as per SOPs

.*Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of operations

.* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.

* Coordinate with the production team to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Vendor Management & Purchasing

* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

* Source quality ingredients and packaging materials at competitive prices.

* Place purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

* Maintain purchasing records and invoices.

Inventory Management

* Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging, and consumables.

* Coordinate replenishment before stock-outs occur.

* Conduct periodic inventory counts.

* Minimize wastage through effective stock management

Petty Cash & Documentation

* Manage petty cash responsibly.

* Maintain accurate records of daily expenses.

* Collect, organize, and file bills and invoices.

* Report discrepancies immediately.

Order Coordination

* Coordinate customer and platform orders with the kitchen team.

* Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.





* Assist in resolving operational issues and last-minute requirements.

General Administration

* Maintain operational checklists and reports

.* Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs

.* Support management with operational tasks as required.

Who We’re Looking For

* 1–4 years of experience in operations, store management, purchasing, hospitality, F&B;, retail, or a similar role.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

.* Comfortable negotiating with vendors.

* Honest, dependable, and accountable.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

* Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, cloud kitchen, hotel, or food manufacturing setup will be an advantage
