About Us:
Silver Villa, a trusted RERA-registered real estate developer in Lake Town with 18+ years and 28+ successful projects, is hiring a Luxury Property Consultant for our premium residential projects Silver Ikon and Silver Orchid.

Responsibilities:

- Host site visits to prospective buyers
- Convert leads into bookings via calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings
- Negotiate and close sales with support from senior management
- Represent Silver Villa at property expos, channel-partner meets etc.

Requirements:

- Strong communication in Bengali, Hindi and English; presentable and confident
- Persuasive, customer-focused approach
- Willingness to work weekends (weekday off in lieu)
- Graduate in any stream; sales/real estate experience is a plus
