Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder responsible for generating new business opportunities through freelancing platforms and managing the complete bidding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Guru, and other freelancing platforms.
- Prepare and submit customized, compelling proposals based on client requirements.
- Manage the complete bid/proposal process, from opportunity identification to submission and follow-up.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/business team to prepare suitable proposals.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into projects.
- Maintain records of bids, proposals, responses, and project opportunities.
- Achieve monthly bidding and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Upwork and Guru or similar freelancing platforms.
- Strong proposal writing and bid management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and create relevant proposals.
- Experience in IT/software services bidding will be preferred.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and good at client follow-ups.
