Title: Java Tech Lead

Required Skills:
- Robust hands-on expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices architecture for building scalable enterprise applications.
- Experience designing event-driven and integration-heavy systems using Apache Kafka, API integration patterns, and distributed system principles.
- Solid database knowledge with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle, SQL optimization, data modeling, and persistence frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate or MyBatis.
- Proficiency in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/CI-CD, and cloud-native deployment and monitoring practices for reliable production delivery.
- Proven technical leadership including HLD/LLD creation, code reviews, mentoring developers, stakeholder collaboration, Agile delivery, and end-to-end ownership of enterprise solutions.
