About the Role:

A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing field technicians, driving quality excellence, and ensuring efficient maintenance, installation, and customer service operations across all technical functions.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of field and workshop technicians, setting performance standards and accountability frameworks.

· Develop and implement Total Quality Management (TQM) systems to continuously improve processes and reduce defects.

· Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to maximise equipment availability and minimise downtime.

· Oversee all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across facilities and equipment.

· Manage end-to-end installation of mechanical systems, ensuring safety compliance and quality benchmarks.





· Oversee mechanical installation projects from scope planning through commissioning and handover.

Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline

· Minimum 6–8 years of experience in maintenance, technical operations, or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

· Hands-on experience applying TQM and TPM methodologies in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

· Strong background in mechanical system installation, commissioning, and lifecycle management.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
