We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Recruitment/Staffing

Are you an experienced Business Development professional in the Recruitment/Staffing industry with a strong ability to acquire and manage international clients?

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BD) who can independently drive business growth, build strong relationships with international clients, and generate recruitment opportunities — particularly from Dubai/UAE and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities across Dubai/UAE and international markets through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Acquire clients for IT recruitment requirements and support Non-IT hiring when required.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, recruitment processes, and workforce requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Manage the complete client communication cycle — from lead generation to requirement closure.
- Coordinate closely with recruiters to ensure timely and successful candidate delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms, recruitment agreements, and service contracts.
- Follow up on requirements, interviews, offers,



and closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, meetings, and sales activities in CRM/tracking systems.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly business acquisition and revenue targets.
- Represent the organization professionally during client calls and virtual meetings.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience in Recruitment/Staffing
Proven experience acquiring and managing international clients
Robust understanding of IT Recruitment – Mandatory
Willingness to handle Non-IT hiring requirements when required
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Confidence in independently handling foreign clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing services
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and BD tools is preferred
