About the Role

We are hiring a PLC Design & Production Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens PLC programming and industrial automation. The ideal candidate should have expertise in machine automation, electrical control panel design, machine commissioning, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and program Siemens PLC systems using TIA Portal.
- Program and troubleshoot Siemens S7-1200, S7-1500 PLCs, and WinCC HMI.
- Develop PLC logic, HMI screens, and automation sequences.
- Design electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, I/O lists, and BOMs.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams for smooth project execution.
- Resolve PLC, electrical, and machine control issues.
- Improve machine performance and production efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics,



Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Mandatory: Siemens TIA Portal, S7-1200, S7-1500, and WinCC HMI.
- Knowledge of VFDs, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Industrial Communication Protocols (PROFINET, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience in electrical control panel design and machine commissioning.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and technical documentation.
