Join our creative team! We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on individual who loves art, enjoys experimenting with primary acrylic colours. Freshers with BFA (Bachelor in fine Art) degree can apply.
Key Responsibilities
Colour Creation & Mixing
- To create precise colour shades required for each design by blending primary colours (red, blue, yellow) and neutrals (black, white). Match shades precisely with the digital artwork or the client’s custom request. Adjust tone, saturation, and brightness using white, black, or complementary colours. Minimize wastage of base paints by precise measurement. Work with efficiency to meet production timelines for kit preparation.
Requirements
- Experience with acrylic paint (formally trained artists or hobbyists welcome)
- Valuable understanding of colour theory/ colour wheel and basic acrylic mixing
- Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
Compensation
Hi the package starts with 18k , you are expected to mix 48 shades per day to be filled in 3ml tubs, which is quite normal and achievable.
If you achieves 48 shades, your salary will increase to 20k & it will be gradually increased up to 25k depending upon the numbers and quality of colors mixed . Thanks, the team at DEEPAN ENTERPRISES
