Job Description – Scrub Nurse
- Prepare OT with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist surgeons by providing instruments and maintaining sterile technique.
- Ensure strict infection-control and safety protocols.
- Perform instrument and sponge counts before and after surgery.
- Handle and label surgical specimens correctly.
- Support smooth OT workflow and maintain accurate procedure records.
Qualification/Skills
- GNM/Bsc Nursing
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Scrub Nurse handled multiple specialized cases.
