If you possess strong site coordination skills, know how to manage workforce and material flow efficiently, and ensure work is completed on schedule with high quality, this job is for you! Key Responsibilities:​ Site Supervision & Quality Control: Take full charge of the work site, ensuring interior installations align precisely with approved 3D designs, technical drawings, and quality standards.​Material & Inventory Management: Oversee incoming materials, verify stock on-site, prevent damage or wastage, and coordinate timely deliveries to avoid operational delays.​Worker & Team Management: Lead and direct on-site workers, carpenters, technicians, and sub-contractors, maintaining work discipline, assigning daily targets, and resolving on-site issues.​Daily Updates & Reporting:



Maintain daily logs and provide real-time updates, photos, and progress reports to the management and design team to ensure complete transparency.​

Requirements:​

- Prior experience or strong practical knowledge in interior site execution, civil/fit-out work, or site management.​
- Strong leadership, communication, and workforce-handling skills.​Ability to track site progress and send clear daily updates using mobile messaging tools/apps.​
- Bike and valid driving license for frequent site visits (allowances provided).
