Experience Required: 1–2 years (with proven expertise in Residential, and Office Interior projects)

Position Overview

We are seeking a capable and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in commercial, residential, and corporate architecture & interior projects, with the ability to independently manage design, client interactions, and project coordination. This role involves direct engagement with clients and vendors, preparing and reviewing drawings, and ensuring smooth coordination with MEP and other consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Documentation
- Prepare and review design development drawings, detailed drawings, and statutory submission packages.
- Ensure drawings follow office standards, templates, and quality benchmarks.
- Develop design presentations and proposals for client approval.
- Participate in regular review meetings, addressing design queries and providing clarifications.
- Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for material selection, specifications, and execution support.




- Visit sites periodically to check for design compliance and resolve on-site queries.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with architects and draftsmen to ensure timely delivery of drawings.
- Provide guidance on design standards, detailing, and workflow management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Arch from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1–2 years in architectural practice, with a focus on commercial and residential architecture & interiors.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Robust understanding of MEP coordination and technical detailing.
- Knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and statutory processes.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication ability.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
