Position: Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Dhulagarh
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Industry Preference: Manufacturing Company (Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Bookkeeping, BRC (Bank Reconciliation), and daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of handling statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Deduct and file TDS as per statutory requirements.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRC) regularly.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.
- Reconcile ledgers and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts.
- Mandatory experience in a Manufacturing Company.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Bookkeeping, and Bank Reconciliation (BRC).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Candidates residing near Dhulagarh will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
