Key Responsibilities

· Design and customize digital templates using the ERP Design Portal.

· Create layouts for certificates, report cards, forms, ID cards, and other ERP-generated documents.

· Configure designs based on client requirements, branding guidelines, and product standards.

· Ensure consistency in layout, typography, spacing, alignment, colours, and overall visual presentation.

· Test templates for accuracy, PDF generation, and print quality.

· Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Support teams for client-specific requirements.

· Suggest creative improvements using current design trends, automation, and AI tools.
