Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and manage existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting the firm’s legal services, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong skilled relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, online channels, and client meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the legal team to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients and explain the firm's legal services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and service-related documents.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly and ensure timely closure of leads.
- Coordinate with advocates and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Attend networking events, business meetings, seminars, and other professional forums to generate leads.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding business development activities and achievements.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Law, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Corporate Sales, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in a law firm, legal services, corporate services, consulting, or professional services industry will be preferred.
