Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Counselor to guide students and professionals about our digital marketing courses. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling prospective students, explaining course advantages, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Counsel students regarding digital marketing courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course structure, fees, certifications, and placement support.
- Follow up with leads and maintain admission records.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments/admissions.
- Coordinate with trainers and marketing teams for seminars/webinars.
- Maintain CRM and daily counseling reports.
- Support students throughout the admission process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing courses/services.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in education counseling/admission sales preferred.
- Experience in EdTech or training institutes is an advantage.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
(Depending on experience and performance)

6 Days a Week
