Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum

Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment

Observe, assess, and record students’ progress

Encourage creativity, curiosity, and learning through activities

Maintain classroom discipline with care and empathy

Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development

Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions

Requirements:

Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant subject or NTT / B.Ed / D.El.Ed





Good communication skills in English (and Hindi, if required)

Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly approach

Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management

Skills Required:

Lesson planning

Child development knowledge

Communication & interpersonal skills

Salary:

₹25,000 to 30,000 per month (based on experience)

Preferred:

Experience in preschool/primary school teaching
