About the role

Gnani.ai builds AI products across voice, agents, analytics, developer tools, and business workflows.

We are looking for a product designer with strong visual design skills, good product thinking, and an interest in prototyping new ideas.

You will have full ownership of the features you work on, from understanding the problem and exploring ideas to prototyping, final design, and developer handoff. You will work closely with product managers and engineers, make design decisions, and continuously improve the experience through feedback and iteration.

What you will do

- Design user flows, interfaces, and prototypes across multiple Gnani products.

- Simplify complex AI workflows into clear and usable experiences.

- Build high-fidelity prototypes and functional proofs of concept.

- Conduct product research, competitor analysis, and UI/UX audits.

- Explore new AI, design, and prototyping workflows.

- Improve visual quality across typography, layout, colour, motion, and iconography.

- Contribute to the design system and maintain consistency across products.

- Prepare specifications and work with engineers until the design is shipped.

- Present your work, explain your decisions, and iterate based on feedback.

What we are looking for

- At least one year of product design experience or a strong portfolio with equivalent practical work.

- Strong visual design and UI fundamentals.

- Experience designing web/desktop products.

- Good working knowledge of Figma, prototyping, components, and design systems.





- Ability to turn rough requirements into clear flows and polished interfaces.

- Basic understanding of user research and usability.

- Curiosity about AI products, new tools, and modern design workflows.

- Familiarity with tools such as Rive, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or Replit.

- Clear communication and willingness to learn through feedback.

A formal design degree is not required.

Good to have

- Experience with B2B SaaS, developer tools, analytics, voice, or conversational products.

- Experience with motion, illustration, branding, or icon design.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, or frontend development.

- Side projects, experiments, or prototypes that demonstrate curiosity.
