Job Title: Videographer / Video Editor

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Videographer / Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will handle the full video production lifecycle—from brainstorming and setting up shoots to editing and delivering high-quality visual content. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce engaging video assets for social media, digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and corporate content.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), website, and digital ad campaigns.
- Handle camera setups, lighting, audio recording, and production equipment during studio and on-location shoots.
- Perform post-production tasks including video assembly, color grading, sound design, audio leveling, and basic motion graphics.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize video ideas, create storyboards, and outline shot lists.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity, tone, and visual style across all video assets.
- Organize, archive, and manage raw footage, audio files, and completed media assets efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Portfolio / Showreel: A comprehensive showreel or portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, camera operation, lighting skills,



and video editing capabilities (required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of skilled videography and video editing experience (agency, in-house, or studio).
- Software Skills: High proficiency in industry-standard video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of camera operation (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema cameras), lighting techniques, audio recording equipment, and video export formats for various digital platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong time management, creative problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively under project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, visual effects, and animated titles.
- Experience operating drones for aerial footage (licensed or trained).
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and thumbnail creation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
