Eligibility – Minimum 2-3yrs of experience in storekeeping & Purchase with Retail / FMCG or QSR, Hands-on experience working on MS office, should be graduate.
Job responsibilities –
- Identification of required products & suppliers across all categories (recurring & non-recurring) time to time
- Assist purchase manager in supplier agreement and renewal of contracts.
- Constant coordination with buns suppliers & logistic partner for timely deliveries
- Preparation of comparative stmt.
- Maintain constant coordination with suppliers for timely delivery, returns, CR, DR, etc
- Preparing & issuing of purchase orders (PO) through ERP
- Willing to travel locally for stock purchases as & when required
- Coordination with all departments for any or all requirements
- Minimal or no stock variance in system stocks to physical
- Maintenance & update of purchase catalogue & tracker timely.
