Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Executive Trainees. The selected candidates will be trained in Documentation, Billing, Vendor Management System (VMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain operational and customer documentation.
- Generate invoices and billing documents accurately and on time.
- Update and maintain records in the Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Perform data entry and transaction updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate with operations, customers, and transport teams for smooth workflow.
- Verify documents and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in administrative and operational activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
