We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. The intern will gain practical experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Support new-hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Help prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Respond to routine employee and candidate queries.
- Support attendance, leave, and performance-management processes.
- Conduct HR research and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Qualified attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with recruitment platforms or HR software.
- Basic understanding of employment practices and HR processes.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
