Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create/ curate content for employee and customer communication channels
- Publish employee and customer newsletters - Develop story ideas, conduct interviews, manage content pipeline
- Create content for websites, social media pages, print and digital ads, marketing literature and collaterals
- Author case studies and whitepapers
- Interface with visualisers and graphic designers
- Style check and quality assurance of all content
Qualifications
- Masters in mass communication, journalism or equivalent
Key Skill Sets
- Adaptable writing style
- Ability to understand and present technical content
Behavioral Competencies
- Project management and people skills
- Eye for detail, ability to multi-task and deliver quality under pressure
Experience
- 2-5 years
- Candidates with feature writing or marketing/ corporate communication experience will have an edge
