Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Projects to manage and execute interior design and fit-out projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in site execution, project planning, client coordination, vendor management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end interior projects from planning to final handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Supervise site teams and ensure smooth day-to-day project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and execution challenges.
- Manage contractors and vendors and ensure timely material availability.
- Review BOQs, measurements, material requirements, work orders, and contractor bills.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.




- Prepare project progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and construction processes.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, measurements, costing, and project schedules.
- Solid communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
