Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized fashion and styling consultations to customers.
- Understand client preferences, requirements, body type, and lifestyle to recommend suitable outfits.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current fashion trends, collections, fabrics, fits, and styling techniques.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handle premium/luxury customers with a high level of professionalism.
- Conduct client follow-ups and encourage repeat purchases.
- Assist customers with complete looks, including outfit coordination and accessories.
- Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented according to brand standards.
- Support new team members with product knowledge and styling guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the design, merchandising, and store teams to ensure smooth customer service.

- Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Fashion Management, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
