Manufacturing Chemist (Ayurvedic & Nutraceuticals)

Dior Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Chemist to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing the production of Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical products while ensuring compliance with quality standards, GMP guidelines, and company SOPs.

Job Details

- Position: Manufacturing Chemist
- Industry: Ayurvedic & Nutraceutical Manufacturing
- Location: Dior Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Unit, Mohali, Punjab
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute daily manufacturing activities for Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical products.
- Ensure manufacturing processes are carried out as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and GMP requirements.
- Monitor raw material dispensing, blending, granulation, mixing, filling, packing, and related production activities.
- Maintain production records, batch records, equipment logs, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments for in-process checks and product approvals.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance within manufacturing areas.
- Monitor production yields and minimize process losses.
- Verify availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and production consumables.




- Assist in process validation, equipment qualification, and implementation of quality systems.
- Report production issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Train production staff on SOPs, GMP practices, and safety procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining product quality standards.

Requirements

- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma in Pharmacy, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Ayurvedic, Herbal, Nutraceutical Manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, production documentation, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
