- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of all materials.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments for smooth material flow.
