Job Summary

We are looking for 2 motivated Marketing Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable communicating in both English and Odia. Candidates with 1–2 years of marketing experience are preferred.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Odia
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or sales preferred
- Ability to communicate with customers and generate business leads
- Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of the solar industry will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

- Promote the company's solar EPC and trading products/services




- Generate new customer leads and business opportunities
- Visit potential customers and explain solar products and solutions
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Support the company in achieving marketing and sales targets
- Prepare regular updates/reports on marketing activities

Compensation & Advantages

- ₹15,000 fixed salary per month
- TA/DA for eligible business travel
