Urgent Hiring | Supply Chain Executive

Legal Raasta Technologies Private Limited is looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our team at our Pitampura, Delhi office. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement and purchase order processing.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, order placement, and timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
Track order status and resolve supply chain issues proactively.
Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and other supply chain documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and generate daily/weekly MIS reports.
Collaborate with production, sales, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies,



quality standards, and procurement procedures.
Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Location: Head Office-Pitampura, Delhi
