## *Job Overview*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented **HR Recruiter** to join our team in Amritsar.

The selected candidate will be provided with **candidate data/leads by the company**. The primary responsibility will be to **call candidates, explain the job opportunity, screen suitable candidates, and coordinate the complete hiring process** until joining.

## *Key Responsibilities*

* Call candidates from the data provided by the company.

* Explain the job profile, salary, location, eligibility, and other relevant details to candidates.

* Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.

* Identify suitable candidates according to the company's hiring requirements.

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the concerned team.

* Follow up regularly with candidates regarding interview status and joining.





* Maintain proper records of candidate calls, interviews, selections, and joining.

* Build a strong candidate pipeline through effective communication and follow-ups.

* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

## *Requirements*

* Minimum 12th pass; graduation will be preferred.

* Good communication skills in **Hindi and English**; basic English is preferred.

* Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.

* Good convincing and follow-up skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets will be an advantage.

* Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to work in a recruitment environment are preferred.
