The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales for our rice products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and other tools.
- Improve key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce campaigns on platforms such as Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Create and test landing pages, ad creatives,
and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic.
- Generate leads for distributors, wholesalers, and export markets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
