Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with potential customers over the phone. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our products/services, and helping to generate sales or lead opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to inform them about products/services, answer inquiries, and follow up on leads.
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer inbound calls, providing relevant information and resolving queries in a skilled and efficient manner.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive relationship through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and sales targets set by management.
- Provide Product Information: Educate potential customers about the benefits of the product or service, answering any questions they may have.
- Data Collection:



Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers, address their needs, and influence decisions.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet performance metrics and sales targets.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong listening skills and patience.
- Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in telesales.
- Knowledge of the industry or market you will be calling into.
