Key Responsibilities

- Order Picking: Read order sheets or use handheld barcode scanners to find and gather correct products.
- Quality Control: Check items for defects, damage, or missing parts before packing.
- Packaging & Labeling: Select proper box sizes and packing materials, seal cartons, and attach shipping labels.
- Inventory Tracking: Count stock, record product details, and report low inventory or damaged goods to supervisors.
- Equipment Operation: Use tools like hand trucks, pallet jacks, or barcode scanners safely.
- Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and follow all warehouse safety rules. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Job Requirements & Skills

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (often up to 50 lbs / 20–25 kg)

- Attention to Detail: High accuracy to ensure the right items and quantities go to the right customers.
- Time Management: Ability to work fast and meet daily shipping targets under tight deadlines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (usually preferred, but formal higher education is rarely required).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
