Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented sales executive to generate new business, acquire clients, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new leads through cold calling, references, networking, and other channels.

· Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.

· Explain company products and services to potential clients.

· Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

· Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue.

· Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

· Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

· Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.





· Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Good convincing and negotiation skills.

· Strong customer relationship management skills.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.

· Good follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.

Eligibility

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Candidates with 1–3 years of sales/BFSI/financial-services experience will be preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
Joining: Immediate / As per requirement

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
