We’re Hiring | Scan-to-BIM Specialist

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience: 3–5 Years

Employment: Full-Time

We are looking for a Scan-to-BIM Specialist with hands-on experience in Point Cloud to BIM modeling and robust knowledge of Autodesk Revit.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate BIM models from LiDAR / laser scan point clouds.

Convert point cloud data into Revit-based BIM models.

Model existing structures, buildings and MEP systems.

Perform model validation and ensure accuracy as per project requirements.

Coordinate with structural, architectural and MEP teams.

Requirement

3–5 years of relevant Scan-to-BIM experience.

Strong Revit skills.

Good understanding of point clouds, LiDAR and laser scanning data.

Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD is preferred.

Experience with Structural,



Railway, MEP or Architectural BIM, particularly bridges, railway infrastructure, industrial structures and existing/as-built buildings.

Knowledge of LOD and BIM standards.

Preferred

Experience working on international BIM / Scan-to-BIM projects is an advantage.
