RBC Global Advisors Pvt Ltd is a professional consulting firm providing accounting, taxation, compliance, business advisory, and financial assistance services to clients across India and overseas.

We are looking for a dedicated and organized professional to manage loan clients, coordinate documentation, and handle regular follow-ups with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end coordination for loan and finance-related clients
- Collect, verify, and organize client documents for loan applications
- Maintain proper records of applications, approvals, pending documents, and disbursements
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for status updates and processing
- Follow up with clients for pending paperwork and compliance requirements
- Prepare basic data sheets, checklists, and application summaries
- Assist senior team members in loan processing and client servicing
- Track timelines and ensure timely submission of documents
- Maintain communication through calls, emails,



and WhatsApp with clients and bankers
- Update internal MIS and client status reports regularly

Required Skills

- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of banking and loan processes preferred
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, Google Drive, and email
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Professional and client-friendly attitude

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in loan processing, banking, finance, CA firm, or documentation work preferred
- Freshers with good communication and learning ability may also apply
