Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychologist to work with children with special needs. The ideal candidate will conduct psychological assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, provide therapeutic services, and collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support children's developmental, emotional, behavioral, and learning needs.
Key Responsibilities * Conduct psychological, developmental, behavioral, and cognitive assessments for children with special needs. * Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools and psychological tests.
* Develop and implement individualized therapeutic intervention plans based on assessment findings. * Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental challenges.
* Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
* Provide parent counseling, psychoeducation, and behavioral management strategies.
* Participate in case discussions, multidisciplinary team meetings, and treatment planning.
* Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained in all clinical practices. Required Qualifications * Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Child Psychology, or a related field. * Knowledge of child development, developmental disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and behavioral interventions.
* Experience in psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions is preferred. * Robust communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
* Ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
