Job Description – Patient Care Services Executive

Position: Patient Care Services Executive
Department: Patient Care Services
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

Job Purpose:
To ensure a seamless, patient-centric experience by coordinating patient care services, addressing patient needs, and facilitating effective communication between patients, attendants, and hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and facilitate patient services from admission to discharge.
- Assist patients and attendants with hospital processes, information, and navigation.
- Conduct regular patient rounds and identify service-related concerns.
- Address patient queries, complaints, and grievances promptly and coordinate resolution.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure timely patient services.
- Monitor patient waiting time, service delivery, and overall patient experience.
- Maintain records of patient feedback, complaints, and actions taken.
- Support patient counselling, discharge coordination, and follow-up requirements.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies,



patient rights, safety, and service standards.
- Promote courteous, compassionate, and respectful communication with patients and attendants.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the concerned authority.
- Contribute to improving patient satisfaction and overall service quality.
- Support/Lead team to ensure all the above

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA healthcare/hospital management qualification preferred.

Should have good command over MS Office esp Excel, Power Point and Word

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in patient relations, hospital operations, front office, or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, problem-solving ability, coordination skills, patience, professionalism, and solid patient-service orientation.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
