• Participate in 3–6 months structured rotations across departments such as:Operations, Projects, Supply Chain, Product Development, Marketing,Finance, HR, Strategy, and Customer Excellence.

- Learn end-to-end business processes and propose improvement initiatives.

Business Analysis & Problem Solving

- Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making.

- Work on real strategic and operational projects with measurable outcomes.

Innovation & Initiative

- Identify inefficiencies and recommend and implement solutions.

- Take ownership of small to mid-level projects early in the program.

Leadership Development

- Lead cross-functional mini-projects.

- Present project outcomes and insights to senior leadership.

Continuous Learning

- Attend leadership workshops, training modules,



and technical skill enhancement sessions.
