Avillion Farms is looking for a B.Arch qualified Junior Architect / 2D Architect with strong AutoCAD skills to create detailed architectural drawings for luxury villas and farmhouse projects. The candidate should have practical knowledge of execution drawings, site coordination, and architectural detailing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate 2D Architectural Drawings using AutoCAD
- Create:
- Floor Plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Working Drawings
- GFC Drawings
- Furniture Layouts
- Flooring & Ceiling Plans
- Electrical & Plumbing Layouts
- Prepare drawings based on feet & inches measurement standards
- Convert design concepts into detailed execution drawings
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers & site teams
- Update drawings based on site requirements and project changes
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, detailing, and construction standards
Required Skills:
- B.Arch Qualification Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D
- Experience with:
- Architectural Planning
- Residential Drawings
- Construction Details
- GFC / Working Drawings
- Feet & Inches Measurements
- Good understanding of building materials and execution process
- Ability to work independently on drawings
Preferred Experience:
- Luxury Villa Projects
- Farmhouse Projects
- High-end Residential Architecture
- Site Execution Coordination
Work Requirement:
- Candidate should be adaptable to work in 6 working days
- Comfortable with onsite coordination and project requirements
