Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our ever-evolving UX Design team and help shape the future of Global Payments.

What you’ll own

- Assists with UX Strategy by providing an understanding of vision and business strategy alignment, to ensure all stakeholders understand the user and the experience they desire.

- Performs appropriate research method needed which could include usability testing, basic audience and task analysis, development of personas, heuristic evaluation, cognitive walkthroughs, field observations, interviews, card sorting, and focus groups, performs the research, analyses the results.

- Assists with the definition of the patterns, navigation, structure and hierarchy by creating user stories and scenarios, basic process flows, mind maps and affinity diagrams, journey mapping and ecosystem diagrams.

- Assists with the design of the user experience through participating in the design sessions, design evaluations, brainstorming sessions, creating low fidelity wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, simulations, story boards, visual design, assisting with user design patterns and style guides. Works towards ensuring design is in line with accessibility guidelines to ensure compliance.

What you’ll bring

- 2 to 6 years of expereince in UX designing





- Job Complexity - Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive

- Tools – Must have hands-on experience on Prototyping tools (Figma or Adobe XD), Industry Research card sorting (Optimalsort) and survey tools; Usability Testing tools (Morae, Camtasia, WebEx Recording), and other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)

- Knowledge of multiple browser, OS and computing platforms and associated design considerations, Web Accessibility compliance

It’s a bonus if you have

- Experience in designing reusable components, working with Design Systems, or contributing to scalable design patterns would be an added advantage.

- Knowledge or hands-on experience on CSS3, HTML5 and responsive design would be an added advantage
