About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – B2B Sales to lead our Business Development team and drive sales performance across assigned territories. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring state-wise target achievement, developing channel partners, and coaching the team to deliver consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor state-wise performance and drive execution across territories.
- Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key partners.
- Review team performance,
conduct regular coaching, and improve productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B/Channel Sales with at least 2 years of team handling. Experience in agriculture, farm equipment, automotive, or allied industries is preferred. Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and sales reporting.
- Analyze sales data, prepare MIS, forecasts, and market insights.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Service teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to sales processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
