Job Overview:-

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimation & Billing Engineer to join our industrial construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate cost estimation, quantity surveying, preparing tenders, verifying client and subcontractor bills, and ensuring projects stay within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Estimation & Costing: Perform accurate Quantity Surveying (QS) and cost estimation from industrial project drawings and blueprints.
- BOQ & Tendering: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and compile comprehensive tender documents for commercial or industrial bids.
- Billing Management: Generate monthly Running Account (RA) bills for clients and strictly verify joint measurement sheets.
- Contractor Verification: Scrutinize, verify, and certify bills submitted by subcontractors and labor vendors.
- Rate Analysis: Conduct thorough rate analysis for various industrial construction items based on current market trends for material and labor.
- Material Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of critical materials like steel, cement,



and concrete against actual consumption on site.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Client Representatives to resolve billing and measurement discrepancies.

Requirements & Qualifications:-

- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core experience in Industrial Construction (e.g., Factories, Warehouses, PEB Structures, or Power Plants).
- Software Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), AutoCAD, and standard estimation software.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IS Codes, Mode of Measurements (IS 1200), and industrial construction methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and clear professional communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
