Job Role: Web Developer & Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Designer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performance websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent frontend development skills, and experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate development.

Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Design

- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ensure responsive and mobile-first designs.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital assets.
- Optimize user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

Website Development

- Develop websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and WordPress.
- Convert Figma or Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites.
- Integrate APIs, forms, payment gateways, and third-party tools.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and security.
- Debug, test, and maintain websites across modern browsers.

AI-Assisted Development

- Use AI-powered tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Bolt, Lovable, v0, ChatGPT, and Claude to improve productivity and code quality.
- Leverage AI to accelerate design, coding, testing, and documentation.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams.
- Support website updates, campaign landing pages,



and product launches.
- Participate in project planning, code reviews, and design discussions.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Web Design and Website Development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, and WordPress.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
- Experience with Git and contemporary deployment workflows.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and development work.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Node.js and REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud hosting (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, DigitalOcean).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of AI integrations and automation tools.
