We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Nadiad.

This role is ideal for someone who has solid hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, a good eye for professional design, and the ability to turn ideas into creative visual concepts.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to use design software. We need a designer who can think creatively, research ideas, understand the target audience, and develop original concepts independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Create professional and visually appealing designs using Adobe Photoshop.
- Understand design requirements and develop creative concepts from them.
- Research design trends, references, audiences, and different markets before developing concepts.
- Create original designs rather than simply copying existing work.
- Select appropriate typography, colors, layouts, images, and visual styles.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all design work.
- Make revisions based on feedback and complete projects within deadlines.
- Manage assigned design work independently and communicate progress with the team.





What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of professional Adobe Photoshop / Graphic Design experience.
- Strong Photoshop skills and practical knowledge of professional design.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
- Good research skills and the ability to understand different audiences, markets, and cultures.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English at an intermediate level or above.
- Able to understand instructions and communicate clearly in English.
- Reliable, consistent, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to improve work based on feedback.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Nadiad, Gujarat.
