Hiring: Store Executive – Manufacturing Operations

Locations: Baddi (Himachal Pradesh)

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should possess robust Excel skills, good mathematical aptitude, and hands-on experience in inventory and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store operations and inventory records.

Handle material inward and outward entries.

Maintain stock registers and inventory reports.

Perform stock reconciliation and physical verification.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel.

Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, invoices, challans, and stock movements.

Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment.

Maintain proper organization and housekeeping of the store.

Required Skills





Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Good mathematical and calculation skills.

Knowledge of inventory management and store procedures.

Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years in Store, Inventory, Warehouse, or Manufacturing Operations.

Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Strong inventory and stock management skills
