Marketing Duties

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Manage digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, SEO, etc.)
- Create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

Sales Duties

- Identify and pursue current sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Sales revenue and growth
- Lead generation and conversion rate
- Customer acquisition and retention
- ROI on marketing campaigns
