We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation, and Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate should be analytical, results-driven, and confident in managing and optimising campaigns independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, execute, monitor, and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Lead Generation, Conversion, Awareness, Retargeting & Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage Custom, Lookalike, Website & Retargeting Audiences.
- Monitor CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROAS.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify audience issues, creative fatigue, and conversion bottlenecks.
- Implement data-driven campaign and budget optimisation strategies.
- Track leads and conversions using GA4, GTM, CRM, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
- Support SEO, organic marketing, social media, and content activities.
- Prepare campaign reports and conduct competitor research.
- Coordinate with clients and internal SEO, Content & Creative teams.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and marketing automation.




- Support and guide junior marketing team members when required.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing experience.
- Robust practical experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Experience in Lead Generation, Conversion Tracking, Retargeting & Remarketing.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console & Meta Pixel.
- Understanding of SEO, Organic Marketing & CRM/Lead Management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Agency experience and experience managing multiple client accounts is an added advantage.
