Job Summary

Success Learning, Trichy is looking for a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to join our growing language training team.

We are seeking a trainer who has strong German language proficiency, practical teaching experience, and a genuine passion for helping students learn German and achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct offline German language classes at our ISML Trichy center.
- Teach German from A1 to B2 levels based on the course requirements.
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons covering Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing.
- Explain German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills clearly.
- Conduct classroom activities, exercises, assessments, and regular practice sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students preparing for Goethe-Zertifikat and TELC examinations.
- Help students build practical German communication skills for higher education, employment, and international career opportunities.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials as required.

Eligibility & Requirements

- B2 German language proficiency with a valid Goethe-Zertifikat B2 or TELC B2 certification.




- Minimum 6 months of experience in German language teaching/training.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Trichy center.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent classroom management and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with students.
- Ability to explain German concepts and grammar in a simple and effective manner.
- Good English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience teaching German A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels.
- Experience with Goethe/TELC exam preparation.
- Experience teaching college students, working professionals, or study-abroad aspirants.
- Familiarity with interactive and activity-based language teaching methods.
- Candidates with C1 certification or higher will be an added advantage.
