We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Intern to support the IT team in day-to-day technical operations. The intern will gain practical exposure to hardware, networking, software support, IT assets, and other organizational IT systems while assisting the team in troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide basic technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Support the installation and updating of operating systems, antivirus software, and required applications.
- Assist in maintaining IT asset records, inventory, and documentation.
- Support CCTV, biometric, and attendance systems as required.
- Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions under supervision.
- Support basic troubleshooting of ERP, CRM,



and other company software.
- Assist in data backup and basic IT security activities.
- Coordinate with the IT team and external vendors for hardware/software-related issues when required.
- Maintain proper records of IT-related issues and their resolution.
- Perform other IT support activities assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn current IT tools and technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
